Return and Refund Policy
1. General
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by DENMA, including hospital and school furniture and equipment, hotel and kitchen equipment, bathroom cubicles, scaffolding and centring sheet materials, fire doors, office almirahs, book racks, stainless steel dining tables, chairs, workstations, marriage hall furniture, and banquet chairs.
2. Returns Eligibility
Customized, made-to-order, and project-specific products are not eligible for return or refund. Only standard products with verified manufacturing defects may be considered for return or replacement.
3. Reporting Issues
Any damage, defect, or discrepancy must be reported to DENMA within a reasonable time after delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
4. Inspection and Approval
All return or replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by DENMA. Products must be unused and in original condition for consideration.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds, if approved, will be processed based on the original mode of payment. DENMA reserves the right to deduct applicable handling, transportation, or processing charges.
6. Replacement Policy
In cases of approved manufacturing defects, DENMA may offer repair or replacement at its discretion instead of a refund.
7. Transportation Responsibility
Transportation costs for returns or replacements, if applicable, will be handled as per mutual agreement and depend on the nature of the issue.
8. Exclusions
Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, handling damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under this policy.
9. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations after confirmation may not be accepted. If accepted, cancellation charges may apply depending on the production or procurement stage.
10. Governing Law
This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
