Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all products supplied by DENMA, including hospital and school furniture and equipment, hotel and kitchen equipment, bathroom cubicles, scaffolding and centring sheet materials, fire doors, office almirahs, book racks, stainless steel dining tables, chairs, workstations, marriage hall furniture, and banquet chairs.
2. Shipping Coverage
DENMA undertakes shipping and delivery of products as per mutually agreed terms. Delivery locations, methods, and timelines will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping and transportation charges are not included in product prices unless specifically mentioned. All applicable shipping costs will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
4. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, material availability, transportation conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Delays caused by external factors are not the responsibility of DENMA.
5. Mode of Transport
Products may be shipped through third-party transporters or logistics partners. DENMA is not responsible for delays or damages caused during transit by third-party service providers.
6. Delivery Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect products at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or shortage must be reported immediately to the transporter and to DENMA.
7. Installation Services
Installation services, if required, will be provided only if agreed in advance and may be charged separately.
8. Risk and Ownership
Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods at the agreed location.
9. Unsuccessful Delivery
In case of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or site-related issues, re-delivery charges may apply.
10. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
