Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of products and services provided by DENMA, a company engaged in the manufacturing and supply of hospital furniture and equipment, school furniture and equipment, hotel and kitchen equipment, bathroom cubicles, scaffolding and centring sheet materials, fire doors, office almirahs, book racks, stainless steel dining tables, chairs, workstations, marriage hall furniture, and banquet chairs. By placing an order or engaging our services, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Products and Services
All products supplied by DENMA are manufactured or sourced using quality materials and standard industry practices. Product specifications, designs, sizes, and finishes may vary based on availability, customization requirements, or project conditions. Images and descriptions are for reference purposes only.
3. Orders and Confirmation
Orders will be processed only after proper confirmation through written communication or advance payment, as mutually agreed. Any modifications or cancellations after order confirmation may be subject to additional charges depending on the production stage.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices quoted by DENMA are exclusive of applicable taxes, transportation, and installation charges unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Delayed payments may result in order delays or suspension of services.
5. Delivery and Installation
Delivery timelines provided are approximate and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, material availability, transportation conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. DENMA is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control. Installation services, if applicable, will be carried out as per mutually agreed terms.
6. Quality Assurance
We ensure that all products are inspected before dispatch. Any manufacturing defects must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery. Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
7. Returns and Replacements
Customized and made-to-order products are not eligible for return. Replacement or rectification will be considered only in cases of verified manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and approval by DENMA.
8. Liability
DENMA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the supplied products. Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the product supplied.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, product names, and materials related to DENMA remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
